Mercury is also OOB/out of bounds, in his Pre-Rx Shadow timing in Sagittarius - our mental body questing beyond the normal while Venus is OOB/out of bounds in Capricorn - to "responsibly administer your domain" of whatever you're building with the Integrity it deserves.
Pluto has finally completed his Capricorn journey since 2007, transforming deeply all areas running on less than integral levels for all the world to see, experience, and wake up to.
It’s been 248 yrs since he stepped into fixed airy Aquarius - Revolutions, freeing folks from oppressive life situations. Uniting Community and Humanity, while technology of the day took off.
Now, 248 yrs later, and for the next 19/20 yrs Pluto in Aquarius uncovers issues of in-humanitarianism, awakening our long-term memories as Sedna simultaneously awakens our short-term memories to “tell a new story” beyond past fears / traumas / anxieties - to move from Victimization into Victors.
Today @ 1:29 pm MST we’re undergoing the beginning of the transition of energies from earthy “power & control through greed” materialism into the air of Cosmic Consciousness, group mindsets, finding your Soul Community through individuals who support the same vision of the Future you have.

The Sun’s near the end of Scorpio, about to enter Sagittarius on Thursday NOV 21st @ 12:56pm MST. We’re still in the season of Autumn despite icy Scorpio’s gifts of Ice and Snow recently.
NOV 20th enjoy the Sun at its 29th degree of Scorpio - Fated/Destined to End, Complete, Release the fears, traumas, anxieties of the Past we've suppressed/repressed far too long! Take time on Wednesday this week to BE with your emotions, forgive what needs forgiveness, and then fill yourself up with a NEW version of what you want for yourself, going forward when the Sun moves into Sagittarius, adding to the Questing we're already doing with Mercury/our mental body!
Debate especially in Europe / Asia surrounding where Pluto truly is in the Zodiacal signs, in my opinion, is moot. Vedic Astrology has always looked at where the Planets in our Solar System are moving - not through the Zodiacal Ecliptic band - but through the Fixed Stars / Constellations. The Constellations are named differently from the Zodiacal signs - just to be clear.
Western Astrology honours what we physically experience, every Solar Year, as the Seasons, and their accompanying weather systems, bring our way, due to how far North / South the Sun moves from the Equator. Extremes = the Solstices. The Sun moving along the Equator = our Equinoxes.
The backdrop of the fixed stars / Constellations is an added layer of deeper meaning coming our way as modern Western Astrology adds another layer of Knowledge - this is the Cosmic Consciousness connection Pluto’s bringing our way. Noting the Zodiacal Sign AND Constellation / Fixed Star(s) in play will be more of what we’re heading into Astrologically these next 20 years. To be wholly holistic. We’re remembering our roots to this Ancient Knowledge of Earth Mysteries.
Just as Pluto transforms that which we’ve suppressed / repressed for many a lifetime, to make conscious our Shadow Psyche to see, face and heal - we’ve now been given the opportunity to regain our Human Birth Rights as Humanity. Each of us has a role to play.
